Transnational activities

The project includes five short-term exchange visits spread over two years by groups of pupils, one visit to each partner school. Each exchange visit will last five days and will have the same daily structure to study UNESCO World Heritage sites closely. Pupils from each school will participate in all workshops, which will include every day mathematical tasks.

The host will prepare a mathematical quest with tasks involving the UNESCO cultural heritage of the host’s country and will organize an adventure search for rescue. The guests will solve the crime problem using maths and logic. All pupils will be divided into mixed groups to develop social and language skills, break down prejudice and improve the knowledge of English and intercultural dialogue.

These exchange visits are encoded as following: C1- Croatia, C2- Italy, C3 – Romania, C4 – Poland, C5 – Netherlands.
